Aw, you can come over and cry anytime you like. And thanks! Yeah, it was a totally unbelievable place. The parents sucked it up and climbed down that rock cliff to be there, even. :)

Hey thanks! And yeah, that's Alan. Crazy, right?

E-liz wasn't there, she couldn't get away from work -- actually, nobody was supposed to be there, but my mom found out and booked some plane tix. d'oh!

And yeah, extra weird now that we are all old and married. I'll trick Juliet into coming to Abq again soon so you can actually meet!

I should mention too that Alan lives in Hawaii, which is the primary source of his presence there (and actually, we were just going to visit him on our way over to Japan, but figured, what the heck). Not that he wouldn't have been invited anyway, but still. :)

Well, he looks great. He really grew up nicely, which is a bit of a surprise to me ;) I always knew Eliz would be lovely when she grew up, she was always she cute and sweet.

They're both a huge surprise. Eliz is a tough-as-nails outdoorsgirl, she spent a while living and working with farmers in Nicaragua not too long ago. And Alan just finished his master's degree.

Crazy stuff, I tell ya.
